StormWind Toys & Collectibles offers flat rate shipping along with other shipping options!
If you choose our Flat Rate Shipping, your order will ship for $6.99 no matter the size!
At this time we are only able to ship within the Unites States.
Please note orders will be held if they cannot ship in full, we cannot split an order that includes in-stock and pre-orders. If you would like your in-stock items to ship asap we recommend you place separate orders for in-stock and pre-orders.
Shipping Speed
If you choose our Flat Rate Shipping, your package may take up to 3-7 business days to arrive. Other shipping options are available at checkout and will note estimated shipping times during the checkout process.
Shipping Carriers
All orders ship Fedex, UPS or USPS. We may incorporate other carriers as needed but the aforementioned are the primary carriers in use
Please keep in mind that we are a small business and do our best to process orders and ship as quickly as possible. We ask that you allow 1-2 business days for your order to be fulfilled.
**Please note that we do our best to use the carriers and shipping speed you select if not using our flat rate. There may be instances where we need to change the selected carrier. If this change is made we will choose shipping similar in price as to what was paid when you purchased the item**

Returns Policy
Unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days unless specifically stated on the product details page. The packaging must be in the same condition as when initially received.
Opened items are not eligible for returns. This includes:
Items that have been opened or removed from the packaging
Items that have visible indications that the packaged has been opened
Opened cases that are no longer factory sealed
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) otherwise, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund much sooner. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

You can also fill out the form on our Contact Us page as well. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

**We will not ship to a freight forwarding company. If we find that the shipping address provided is freight forwarding we will cancel your order and refund your money**
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that shipping rates for many items we sell are weight and package size based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound. This will not apply if you decide to use our flat rate shipping.
