Shipping

StormWind Toys & Collectibles offers FREE standard shipping on orders over $75 within the continental United States! Additional shipping options may also be available during checkout.

Orders under $75 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.

At this time, we are only able to ship within the United States.

Please note that orders containing pre-order items will be held until all items are available to ship. We are unable to split shipments that contain both in-stock and pre-order items. If you would like your in-stock items to ship immediately, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.

Shipping Speed

Free standard shipping and economy shipping options typically arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment. Additional shipping options and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

Please keep in mind that we are a small business and do our best to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. We ask that you allow 1–2 business days for order processing and fulfillment.

Shipping Carriers

Orders may ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other carriers as needed. The carrier selected at checkout is our preferred shipping method; however, there may be occasions where we need to substitute a similar carrier or shipping service. If this occurs, we will select a comparable shipping option based on the shipping method purchased.

Returns Policy

Unopened and unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise noted on the product details page. Returned items must be in the same condition as originally received, including all packaging materials.

Opened items are not eligible for return. This includes:

• Items removed from packaging
• Items with visible signs that the packaging has been opened
• Opened cases or products that are no longer factory sealed

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund.

If the return is the result of our error, including receiving an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns that are not the result of our error, including buyer’s remorse, canceled orders after shipment, or items returned in original condition, the customer is responsible for:

• Return shipping costs
• Original shipping charges
• Any non-refundable credit card/payment processing fees incurred during the original transaction

If an order originally qualified for free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the final refund amount along with any applicable return shipping costs and payment processing fees.

These fees will be deducted from the total refund issued.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

To request a return, please email info@stormwindtoys.com with your order number and details about the item you would like to return. You may also use the contact form on our website. We will respond with return instructions as quickly as possible.

Additional Information

Please note again that we only ship within the United States.

We do not ship to freight forwarding companies. If we determine that an order is being shipped to a freight forwarding address, the order may be canceled and refunded.

When you place an order, estimated shipping and delivery dates will be provided based on item availability and the shipping method selected during checkout.

Please also note that shipping rates for certain items are based on package size and weight. Carrier shipping calculations may round package weights up to the nearest full pound where applicable.
