These Terms & Conditions apply to the website and all other online properties (the “Site”) operated by StormWind Toys & Collectibles (“StormWind,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using this Site, including purchasing any products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with any additional policies, notices, or guidelines posted on the Site.
If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.
Order Cancellations & Returns
In-stock orders are non-refundable unless they qualify under our Shipping & Returns Policy.
Pre-orders may be canceled within 30 days of purchase unless the item has already arrived and is in the process of being shipped.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, failure to claim the shipment, or any other issue not caused by us, shipping charges, return shipping fees, and applicable payment processing fees will not be refunded and may be deducted from the final refund amount.
For returns that are not the result of our error, customers are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Original outbound shipping charges
- Any non-refundable credit card or payment processing fees
If an order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost incurred by StormWind Toys & Collectibles will be deducted from the refund amount.
Pre-Order Policy
Pre-orders help us determine product demand and inventory needs. By placing a pre-order, you agree to purchase the item once it becomes available and acknowledge that release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and may change without notice.
At this time, all pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase.
Orders containing pre-order items will not ship until all items within the order are in stock. If you would like items shipped separately as they become available, please place separate orders based on estimated release dates.
Manufacturers may delay, modify, allocate, or cancel products without notice. StormWind Toys & Collectibles is not responsible for manufacturer production delays, allocation reductions, packaging changes, release date changes, or canceled products. If a manufacturer cancels a product, customers will receive a refund for the canceled item.
Final products may vary slightly from promotional images, digital renders, prototypes, or manufacturer photography.
Expected Ship Dates
Pre-order release dates are estimates supplied by manufacturers and distributors and are subject to change without notice. Changes in estimated arrival dates do not qualify for refunds, compensation, or discounts outside of our stated cancellation policies.
We do our best to keep customers updated regarding major release date changes whenever possible.
Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction while using the Site.
You must not transmit viruses, malware, or any destructive code through the Site.
Violation of any Terms may result in immediate termination of access to our services.

Products & Packaging Condition
We make every effort to display products and colors as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately represent product colors or details.
Packaging condition may vary due to manufacturer shipping, case packing, warehouse handling, and carrier transit conditions. Minor shelf wear, paint imperfections, package dents, scuffs, bends, creases, or cosmetic packaging flaws are not considered defects unless the product itself is substantially damaged.
While we do our best to ship items in collector-friendly condition, we cannot guarantee mint-condition packaging.
We reserve the right to limit sales, quantities, or availability of products at our discretion.
Prices, product descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.
Shipping & Carrier Liability
StormWind Toys & Collectibles is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, lost packages, stolen packages, misdelivered shipments, or transit issues once a package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges.
Claims regarding lost or damaged shipments may need to be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to orders involving:
- Suspected fraud
- Pricing errors
- Inventory inaccuracies
- Unauthorized reseller activity
- Violations of our policies
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and account information for all purchases made through the Site.
Fraudulent Chargebacks
Customers agree not to file fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes for orders that have been properly fulfilled and delivered.
Any fraudulent chargeback activity may result in:
- Permanent account termination
- Cancellation of future orders
- Refusal of future service
- Submission of supporting documentation to payment processors or financial institutions
